Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s celebration trade show at Supernova in SODO!

A few things to note:

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and we have space for about 40 vendors so please consider signing up early!

We invite and include members from the Concierge Guild of Seattle (we are about 70+!) and the Seattle Hotel Concierge Association (representing hotel concierges). (Visit Seattle is a member of both organizations.) We also invite and welcome our colleagues in the hospitality industry including Management, Front Desk, Sales, Catering, Restaurants, Tours, etc. as well as Event Planners and people in other hospitality-related fields. We hope everyone who is not a vendor is able to RSVP so we have an accurate count.

Please complete the following Trade Show Vendor Participation Form so we have all of your info. Once you have completed this form,  you may proceed to the payment page

***Vendor tables this year will be 6 feet x 30 inches with white linens and will cost $100 unless you are a food and/or beverage provider We will also be offering a limited number of 1/2 tables for $60. If you have any special needs or requests, please indicate that in the comments below.  

***If you have your own table covering, you may bring/provide it—-please let us know in advance.

***We encourage food vendors to provide hearty samples where possible as alcohol is also being served and consumed. If you know what you’d like to serve or have any questions, please indicate that in the comments section below!
