CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP
 

To qualify as a concierge member, individuals must be currently employed as concierge in a residential setting including long-­term or extended-stay residential hotels, retail or corporate property. Guest service personnel who perform concierge­ duties would also be included. Membership is on an annual basis and subject to renewal in January according to the By-Laws.  Annual dues for this type of membership are $60 per year per member property for one concierge; $110 per year per member property for two concierges; $150 per year per member property for three or more concierge; larger member properties and group membership dues shall be determined by a majority vote of the Officers. This type of membership is transferable within a property (in case there are staffing change).  

 

AMBASSADOR MEMBERSHIP
 

To qualify for Ambassador Membership, an individual shall have been considered  to make outstanding personal and professional achievements in the field of hospitality, and whose membership shall be of mutual benefit. They will have served in one of the following categories: concierge, concierge liaison,  hotel concierge, industry  leaders, retired concierge and related hospitality. Such members shall not be eligible to vote however they may serve as an officer and on a committee. They do not have a minimum or maximum attendance requirement, but  should actively participate and contribute to the Guild’s purpose and serve in the community. They are allowed to attend events, meetings and receptions by  invitation of current CGS officers. Membership is on an annual basis and subject to renewal by the member body and per the By-Laws.  Annual dues for this type of membership is $35.  This type of membership is personal and non-transferable.
